The Model

Our model is a complete evaluation of elements and values based on what we call global knowledge. Our model is based on the following facts:

• True knowledge is an assortment of life experiences and personal interests.
• Technical expertise is important but not the only factor.
• Attitude, maturity and the willingness to progress are required attributes that contribute to creating a successful professional.
• A solid personality is an important asset

The following graphic symbolizes the different elements that lead a candidate to global knowledge. Our goal is to enable all candidates to identify these key elements while confirming their strengths and, of course, their weaknesses.
