1.0 IMITI is genuinely concerned about the privacy of its web visitors. The public areas of this site are open to all visitors to read, search and browse, at no cost. Visitors need not register or give any personal identification to use the public areas. No software or hardware techniques are employed to covertly capture a user’s name or email address.

1.1 All images, texts and documents are copyrighted and cannot be downloaded, reproduced, or used in any way without the written permission from IMITI.

1.2 All non profit organizations and educational organizations (Schools, High schools, Colleges, Universities) can use texts and images obtained from this site but must inform IMITI of the use made with it's materials

2.0 Where visitors choose to provide the site with a name, email address or other information in order to complete a given task, or engage in one of our programs, IMITI keeps all such response lists confidential and securely stored. Additionally, all client information is stored offsite and once submitted is no longer stored on our web hosting servers.

2.1 Our client information is managed by a single individual in our corporation who holds the responsibility of client information management. Client data is stored on our servers in an encrypted file system using AES and is only accessible by our client information manager when required for specific duties.

2.2 Personal identifiable information collected in any area of the website will not be sold, rented or exchanged with any other organization or entity.

3.0 IMITI employs a simple "count" system that tells us how many visits the site receives in a given period, but no identities or individually-identifiable information is gathered by this process. Our web servers automatically log standard information, including IP address, browser types, and access times. This information is used for internal research or analysis purposes only.

4.0 IMITI may partner with or link to other organizations and companies to provide services to members, and their pages are governed by their own privacy policies. IMITI will endeavor to influence these vendors toward progressive practices in the area of user privacy, but cannot be held accountable for the policies or practices of these third parties. IMITI recommends that visitors to any website examine the privacy policy posted on that site for their own protection.

1.0 The IMITI logo and designation is reserved for use by individuals who have been awarded the title of MASTER in their respective field. Any other use is prohibited.

2.0 The IMITI(L) logo and designation is reserved for use by individuals who have been awarded the title of LEADER in their respective field. Any other use is prohibited.

3.0 We encourage the verification of individuals who claim certification by anyone who so wishes to make a certification status request on our website.

4.0 Individuals who are members may make a note of this in the resume since it demonstrates a clear interest and concern in their careers.

5.0 Investigated violations of these rules will result in the removal of an awarded credential or an entry being placed in our online database noting that said individual is claiming a certification that he/she never obtained.
